Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following conditions:

• Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Each perfume order includes a 3ml tester of the same scent — please use the tester first before opening the main bottle.
• Returns are only accepted if the main perfume bottle and box remain sealed, unused, and undamaged.
• Once the bottle is opened, used, or the packaging is damaged, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Upon an approved return, a 5% administrative deduction will apply; the remaining amount will be refunded.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
• For returns due to change of mind, the customer bears return courier costs.
• For wrong, damaged, or defective items, EVORRA covers all courier charges.
• Refunds are issued to the customer’s preferred payment method.
• Note: Testers, discovery sets, and roller bottles are non-refundable.
